Shane is currently attending the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver as a Dean’s Scholar & Master’s candidate in International Security. He expects to receive his MA in 2011.

While in Washington, DC during the fall term of 2010 Shane also attended the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University as a visiting student. At the Elliott School Shane took advanced graduate courses in crisis diplomacy and quantitative conflict forecasting.

Shane Hensinger graduated from New York University as a University Honors Scholar with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. Shane’s senior thesis on issues of irredentism and forced population exchanges was one of the few to be nominated for NYU’s senior thesis honors award.
